I'm getting into photography.

I've noticed I've been taking a lot more pictures lately. I will be posting a lot of them within the next few weeks. I got a really neat Canon camera from goodwill for cheap, it usually goes for around 250$ but I got it for 10. I love thrift stores.

Look at this corgi puppy.

LOOK AT IT!
If that's not the cutest animal you've ever seen then you're a liar.
I'm going to get a corgi puppy of my own soon.

Using an old cutting board

I just tried this one out and it works wonders! Tired of your bottles falling over in the fridge or being wobbly? Put an old cutting board under them!
It's amazing how much more stable things are on the shelf. Now my water bottles aren't falling over anymore.

I'm finding that I love twitter more and more everyday.

I no longer have a Facebook. It's twitter all the way for me(and a bit of google+). Facebook is just too filled with annoying "memes" and "share if you love Jesus" posts and I couldn't take it anymore. Twitter is where it's at. Comment with your Twitter ID if you want a follow! The comments are set to approve so just let me know if you don't want me to post it on here publicly.

It appears that thrift stores in southern Michigan aren't a good place to get great deals.

Well I'm living in southern Michigan now and the deals just don't appear to be here. I've been to several salvation army stores and Goodwill stores and I've found nothing of real value.
The Goodwill stores here appear to only have new stuff that couldn't be sold in other stores. What happened to the good old stuff?
Anyways, good luck to you other thrift store hunters out there. I'm going to be looking into finding small towns in the area and checking out their thrift stores.

Can't find a lint roller?

Many times I find myself covered in cat hair. While cats are cute and cuddly, the hair is a nuisance and no matter how much you try to brush them they still leave a trace.
No lint roller handy? No problem! Just use tape.
That's right, tape. I like to use clear tape you can find at the post office used for closing boxes. Just wrap a piece around your hand sticky side up and let it roll your hand as you brush your clothes.

It's been awhile!

Hello fellow bloggers! I've been moving around for the past few months and I'm finally settled in. I've got more thrift store finds, thoughts, and of course I'm going to be working on making our subreddit better!
We've got 52 readers at the moment, and while I know that's not a lot I would like to see us expand!
Comment on this post for any suggestions(here or on reddit) and I'll listen to every single one. I'm also looking to add moderators so message me if you're interested!
More posts to come a little later today!
